Civic Center MOVES

Get your workout on with Civic Center MOVES at McNichols Civic Center Building. MOVES is offering four inspiring weekly classes. Find your Zen Mondays from 6-7 p.m. with Fold Yoga. Take on a full-body workout with Pearl Street Fitness on Tuesdays from 12:15-1 p.m.. On Wednesdays from noon-1 p.m., Bodies by Perseverance brings you Athlete Strong. Thursdays from 11 a.m.-noon, The River Power Vinyasa Yoga and Fitness in the City blend yoga and functional fitness in a unique Yoga Cross class. Classes are free. Just bring yourself, your water and your workout gear.
