6 hour rental time, plus 2 hours for set up and 2 hours for break down.

Rental Fees include:

  • 35 - 5.5' round tables
  • 15 - 6' banquet tables
  • 20 - 3' cabaret tables
  • 350 chairs
  • Staging for 16’x16’ area platform at 20" height
  • 2 security staff (1 indoor, 1 outdoor)

* Building will remain open to the public with limited access depending on event.

Incidental fees may be charged depending on activity:

  • Added security staff will be required for events with over 300 people in attendance.
    • Fees assessed at $25/hr per guard.
  • Current clean-up cost is $46/hr.

Building Hours

Regular business hours are Saturday and Sunday 10am-3pm and by appointment.

First Floor: 60 Seated, 100 Reception
Second Floor: 500 Seated, 900 Reception
Third Floor: 500 Seated, 900 Reception
Entire Building: 1000 Seated, 1800 Reception

Outdoor Building Banners

Denver Arts and Venues allows event organizers to temporarily replace the four existing outdoor building banners to promote their upcoming event at the McNichols Building. Download our building banner policy.

Qualification of group pricing structure
Commercial or private entity: Defined as public or private sector not withstanding as a city agency or nonprofit organization.
Non Profit:  Organizations that hold a 501(c)(3) status. This does not include 501(c)( 6) status, which is defined below:
“Business leagues, chambers of commerce, real-estate boards, boards of trade, or professional football leagues (whether or not administering a pension fund for football players), not organized for profit and no part of the net earnings of which inures to the benefit of any private shareholder or individual.”
