Arts and Minds and Sound Off Colorado are coming together in 2018 with some amazing programs for students!
Arts & Minds is a Movement and Creative Arts Program for children throughout Denver.
Each class combines both Movement (dance, yoga, fitness) and Creative Arts (art, drama, sensory play, creative writing). Children do movement, then use Creative Arts to process what they experience physically and emotionally through the movement.
This Winter, we are collaborating on an inspiring project at the McNichols Building in Downtown Denver.

60 minutes yoga/guided dance/movement with Sound Off Colorado
60 minutes of Creative Arts Project Stations
